Aimée Segal Director of Strategic Initiatives and Programming - United States Holocaust Memorial Museum
Aimée Segal is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Programming at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. She leads teams developing multi-channel content and partnerships resulting in 50+ live, digital and digital-only public education programs in Washington, DC and across the country each year.
Before joining the Museum, Aimée worked at the advertising and public affairs agency, GMMB. There, she managed global and national campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable foundations, corporations, and government agencies focusing on global health and development, women’s advancement, social innovation and impact philanthropy, U.S. education policy, and civic engagement and national service. She started her career as a political journalist, covering campaigns and policy in Boston at WHDH and New England Cable News – before joining the Election & Survey Unit at CBS News.
Aimée earned her B.S. in Journalism and East Asian Studies from Boston University. She lives in Potomac, Maryland with her family – and loves audio books, hiking, biking, camping and any type of al fresco dining.
