Named to PRWeek’s 40 under 40 top PR Professionals, Adjoa is a strategic communications and public relations expert with an award-winning public affairs record. As a Vice President at JPA, Adjoa brings award-winning health equity expertise that goes back about a decade to our clients strategic communications efforts.​ Before joining JPA, Adjoa served on Biden for President’s Health Equity and Special Populations subcommittee of the Biden for President Health Policy Committee. She currently serves on the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) Advisory Panel on Clinical Effectiveness and Decision Science (CEDS) which analyzes critical knowledge gaps in health communication particularly in vulnerable communities.

Adjoa also previously served as a Senior Advisor at the CMS’ Center for Innovation under the Department of Health and Human Services. In the past, she developed a digital grassroots program for a nonprofit coalition of health plans, providers, advocacy organizations, and beneficiaries supporting Medicare Advantage by using innovative digital marketing and traditional media strategies for Better Medicare Alliance. Adjoa utilizes her broad industry, media, and government connections to develop positive brand and issue awareness for clients who are advancing innovative, important work in healthcare.
