WHERE AND WHEN WILL THE MID-ATLANTIC MARCOM SUMMIT BE HELD?

The summit will be held in Arlington, Virginia, at Convene Conference Center on October 30, 2024. It will be held along with ADWKDC. The address of Convene is 1201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209

WHO IS ORGANIZING THE SUMMIT?

Mid-Atlantic MarCom Summit is produced by two of the leading technology conference producers and media companies in Washington DC: Capitol Communicator and Tech Wire Media. Together both publications have created hundreds of conferences and events, and bring together thousands of attendees to their events every year.

In addition, AAF DC is hosting its annual ADWKDC conference at the summit.

Yes. Please email speaker submissions to the summit’s content directors: Paul Sherman at paul@techwiremedia.com. Please put “Marketing Summit Speaker Submission” in the email subject line.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY IF I PURCHASE A CONFERENCE TICKET, BUT AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

If after purchasing your ticket you are unable to attend the event you may use your ticket to attend another Capitol Communicator or Potomac Tech Wire conference taking place within one year of the event to which your ticket applied, provided that a ticket to the conference you wish to transfer to is of equal of lesser price than the price paid for your ticket. In the event the ticket price for the conference you wish to transfer to is higher than the price you paid for your ticket you will have to pay the difference between the two price points to transfer your ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, no credit will be provided in the event you transfer your ticket to an event with a ticket price lower than that which you paid for your ticket. No refunds will be issued.

METRO AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Rosslyn Metro Station is one block away from the Convene Conference Center.  The Rosslyn station is on the Silver, Blue, and Orange Line.
